Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Inner Anchor Academy website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Educational & Pastoral Coaching Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or participate in the program.

Eligibility

Inner Anchor Academy is designed for adult men age 18 and older. By applying for or purchasing membership, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Nature of the Program

Inner Anchor Academy provides educational and pastoral coaching focused on personal growth, self-awareness, communication, relationships, emotional skills, faith, and practical tools for developing healthier patterns and responses.

Inner Anchor Academy is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, licensed mental health treatment, legal advice, or crisis intervention. Additional information about these limitations is provided in our Educational & Pastoral Coaching Disclaimer.

Membership and Access

Membership provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the materials and features made available to your membership while your membership remains active.

Membership access is for the registered member only. You may not share your account, login credentials, paid videos, workbooks, downloads, or other members-only materials with another person.

Inner Anchor Academy may establish reasonable limits on account access, streaming, downloads, or simultaneous sessions when needed to protect member accounts, program materials, or platform security.

Membership Fees and Billing

Membership fees and billing terms will be displayed before purchase. If you select a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged at the stated recurring rate until the membership is canceled.

Prices, membership options, and included services may change in the future. Any changes affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated as required and will not be applied retroactively to charges already completed.

Cancellation

Members may cancel a recurring membership through the cancellation method provided by Inner Anchor Academy. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not ordinarily reverse a charge that has already been completed.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, access may continue through the end of the period that has already been paid for.

Refunds

Any refund policy applicable to a purchase will be disclosed at or before the time of purchase. Except where required by law or where a specific refund policy states otherwise, payments for membership periods that have already begun are not guaranteed to be refundable.

Program Schedule and Content

Inner Anchor Academy may release lessons, tools, resources, live sessions, or other program content according to a structured schedule. Release dates, live-session times, lesson order, and program features may occasionally change.

We may update, improve, replace, reorganize, or discontinue individual materials or features when reasonably necessary to improve the program, maintain the platform, or respond to technical or operational needs.

Live Sessions and Coaching

Live question-and-answer sessions, group discussions, individual coaching, and other interactive services are educational and coaching-based and remain subject to the scope described in our Educational & Pastoral Coaching Disclaimer.

Participation in a live session does not guarantee that every question will be answered or that individualized coaching will be provided during that session.

Community Standards

Members are expected to interact respectfully with other members, staff, coaches, and guests. Harassment, threats, intimidation, discriminatory abuse, sexually inappropriate conduct, deliberate disruption, impersonation, or attempts to compromise another person's privacy or safety are not permitted.

Inner Anchor Academy may remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate membership when reasonably necessary to protect members, the community, the program, or the platform.

Member Privacy and Confidentiality

Members should respect the privacy of others. Personal stories, comments, questions, or information shared by another member within private community areas or live sessions should not be recorded, copied, posted publicly, or shared outside the Academy without that person's permission.

Members should also use discretion when deciding what personal information they choose to share. Inner Anchor Academy cannot guarantee that another participant will always honor community confidentiality expectations.

Recordings

Inner Anchor Academy will inform participants when an Academy-hosted live session or event is being recorded. Members may choose not to disclose sensitive personal information during recorded sessions.

Members may not independently record live sessions, coaching conversations, community discussions, or other members without authorization and any consent required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Inner Anchor Academy course videos, lesson materials, workbooks, tools, graphics, branding, written content, downloads, and other original program materials are owned by or licensed to Inner Anchor Academy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Membership does not transfer ownership of these materials to the member. Unless expressly permitted, materials may not be reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, uploaded, publicly displayed, modified for redistribution, or used to create competing commercial training materials.

Members may download or print materials specifically provided for personal use and may use the skills and concepts they learn in their own lives.

Account Security

Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for notifying Inner Anchor Academy if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

Technology and Availability

We work to maintain reliable access to the Academy, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet outages, third-party services, security issues, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

No Guaranteed Results

Personal and relational growth varies by individual. Inner Anchor Academy does not guarantee specific emotional, relational, spiritual, health, financial, or other outcomes from participation.

Professional and Emergency Services

Inner Anchor Academy is not an emergency or crisis service. Members experiencing an emergency, immediate danger, or a situation requiring clinical, medical, legal, or crisis intervention should contact the appropriate qualified professional or emergency resource.

Termination of Membership

Inner Anchor Academy may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, including account sharing, unauthorized distribution of program materials, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, threats to platform security, or conduct that creates a substantial safety risk for the community.

When circumstances reasonably allow, we may attempt to address a problem before terminating membership. Serious safety, security, fraudulent, or abusive conduct may require immediate action.

Third-Party Services

Some Academy functions may rely on third-party service providers, such as payment processors, video hosting, authentication, email, or other technology providers. Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Inner Anchor Academy develops or as legal, operational, or technology requirements change. The current version will be posted with its updated date. Material changes affecting active members will be communicated when appropriate or required.
